Happily married couple seeks FT innkeeper position for a small boutique luxury inn with under 12 rooms. We currently reside in North Carolina, but are open to relocation if you assist with moving expenses.
Rose is skilled in marketing and sales; her background includes working for a wedding chapel and reception hall as an event manager booking all wedding and business meetings and coordinating all concierge service requests; she specializes in French and Italian cuisine. Chuck specializes in preparing a Southern breakfast feast and also favors Southwestern grilled menus. We are organic gardeners as well, and use a wide range of fresh herbs in our cooking, and we usually grow them ourselves. Chuck has been in the remodeling business since 1997 and works at the craftsman level; he can handle any on-site repairs required for your inn. As a former USMC police officer, you can also trust his ability to keep your property safe from crime. Rose is a couture seamstress; if upgrading window treatments, redoing a room's decor , or repairs are needed, she handle your or a visitor's repair request. Chuck makes custom furniture from reclaimed wood so repairs of furniture are also in his realm. Chuck has traveled widely to 30 countries as US Marine; Rose has been to Austria, Switzerland, France, Germany and every US state but Arizona and New Mexico. Both enjoy fishing, hiking, art museums, orchestra concerts, musicals, and the opera. |
